2012 アイルランドの「最も働きがいのある会社」リスト
We published 3 lists in 2012 - the Best Large Workplaces in Ireland (>250 employees) and the Best Medium-sized Workplaces in Ireland (50 to 250 employees). Companies are ranked in order on each of these lists. Also, new for this year, we published the Best Small Workplaces in Ireland, open to any organisation with between 20 and 49 employees. Hilti was named as #1 Best Small Workplace in Ireland, the remaining organisations are not ranked and appear in alphabetical order.
Listed companies are selected and ranked by Great Place to Work primarily on the basis of the confidential input from the employees of that organisation. Two-thirds of each company's score comes from the results of the Trust Index Employee Survey, with up to one third of the remaining marks based on a thorough assessment by GPTW of a company-wide Culture Audit. It's not possible for any organisation to be included on any of our lists unless a clear majority of their employees rate the company as - taking everything into account - a Great Place to Work.
