2013 BEST MULTINATIONALCOMPANIES
We recognize the top 25 multinational companies that appeared on national Best Workplaces Lists published in Latin America in the period between June 2012 and March 2013. These companies specifically stand out for having successfully created a consistent, high-trust workplace culture across national borders. Companies that appear on this list have been recognized as great workplaces in at least 3 countries during the past 12 months.
In addition to being recognized as a great workplace on at least 3 national Best Workplaces Lists in the region, the companies must also have at least 1,000 employees globally and have a minimum of 40% of their total employee workforce working outside the country of origin (where the company is headquartered).Companies get extra credit for the number of countries in which they participate in a national Best Workplaces competition, as well as for the number of employees represented in the study.
