2013 The Best Companies to Work For in Mexico with 500 to 5,000 employees

Each year, we develop the Best Companies to Work For^® ranking in more than 40 countries around the world, including Mexico. In order to develop this ranking, a thorough process of analysis and evaluation is conducted, making it the most important and comprehensive ranking worldwide. This ranking is the result of a rigorous process that analyses and assesses the views of employees and the corporate culture of each company, which allows us to select the Best Companies to Work For.

The main objectives of the Great Place to Work^® ranking are: to facilitate knowledge management, sharing experiences from organizations that have proven knowledge of how to get the best business results, and improving workplace quality.

In Mexico, the Methodology Model^® and Great Place to Work are certified by the Mexican Institute of Standardization and Certification (Instituto Mexicano de Normalización y Certificación A.C.). This year, Grant Thorton also conducted a comprehensive audit of the process by which Best Companies to Work For in Mexico are determined.

Great Place to Work is proud to present the Best Companies to Work For 2013 rankings. Being part of this select group of workplaces is a result of hard work and a concerted effort to create a healthy, harmonious and trustworthy working environment.

This effort helps Human Resources departments to discover the many benefits associated with building and sustaining great workplaces, which amongst others include: higher levels of productivity, improved business results, and greater commitment and loyalty from employees.

Note: “Date” refers to the number of employees counted during the time of the study, and may have changed with time. Data is based on contributors from the total group of employees which belong to the company.
