2012 ポルトガルの「最も働きがいのある会社」リスト
The Best Workplaces in Portugal List was published, and includes 24 companies.
The ranking’s first position was conquered by Cisco, which won in 3 different categories: Best Workplace from 100 to 250 employees; and special awards “Corporate Social Responsibility” and “Learning & Leadership for Sustainability”
For the second successive year Cisco Systems has been considered the Best Workplace in Portugal, followed by Microsoft Portugal, everis, ROFF, Chep, Mind Source, SAS Institute, Maksen, Grupo CH Consulting, Medtronic Portugal, BMW Group Portugal, Roche Farmacêutica, HUF Portuguesa, Laboratórios Abbott, Tabaqueira II, Janssen-Cilag, Teleperformance Portugal, Johnson’s Wax, Diageo Portugal, Mercedes-Benz Financiamento, José Júlio Jordão, Sistemas McDonald’s, Avis and 3M. These 24 companies, form diverse industries complete the Portuguese Best Workplaces ranking 2012.
Great Place to Work Institute also recognized companies that are successful within the level of satisfaction of specific groups of employees. In this sense, Chep won the “Women” award, Everis won the “Executives” award and Maksen won the “Younger” award.
