Each year, Great Place to Work ® produces the lists of Best Workplaces, representing companies in over 45 countries around the world.
The ranking of The Best Workplaces has been published in Uruguay since 2003, using the same methodology as in the rest of the world: surveying employees about the confidence level and the quality of the relationships that exist between them and management, and evaluating policies and business practices.
Since 2010, we have been publishing the rankings of The Best Workplaces in two categories: Over 150 employees and Less than 150 employees.
